Last updated: March 5, 2026
1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to the use of the DaysTillWe app and website, operated by StepFormation GmbH, Bergstrasse 39, 21259 Otter, Germany.
2. Service Description
DaysTillWe enables couples to create digital countdown calendars for their wedding and share them with guests via a link. Calendars can be filled with various content types, including texts, images, videos, and embedded content.
3. Registration and Account
Registration is done via email (magic link or password). Users are responsible for the security of their login credentials.
4. User Obligations
Users agree not to upload illegal, offensive, or copyright-infringing content. Automated access (bots, scraping) to the service is prohibited.
5. Content and Rights
Users retain copyright over their uploaded content. By uploading, users grant StepFormation GmbH a simple, revocable right to display the content within the service.
6. Payment Terms
In-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, managed via RevenueCat. Three tiers are available:
- €4.99 (up to 30 guests)
- €7.99 (up to 50 guests)
- €9.99 (up to 100 guests)
All prices are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Refunds are handled according to the respective app store policies.
7. Availability and Liability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. StepFormation GmbH's liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence.
8. Termination and Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting info@daystillwe.com. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms of Service.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy, available on the website, applies to the processing of personal data.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Registered users will be notified by email of significant changes.
11. Final Provisions
German law applies. Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
